This garter spring making machine coils the wire into the garter spring.

  • The CNC controller controls 2 servo motors to drive the Cam to reach the highest coiling speed, high precision and the best durability.
  • Precision Cams and specified cutting tools enable fast adjustment of the coiling wire diameter.
  • All operation modes are clearly shown and controlled at the control panel. Wire feeding parameters are changed easily and quickly.
  • This machine stops automatically when missing touched the length sensor to identify bad springs.
