Auto Oil Seal Trimming Machine

Operation :
This machine is especially suitable for trimming the flash of large volume oil seal.

• Auto in-feeding, trimming, out-feeding, and collecting most of the trimmed flash.
• The vacuum generator will suck the oil seal through the mold during the cutting period.
• The vacuum gauge automatically checks whether the vacuum is enough or not. If it is not, machine will stop automatically.
• The in-feeding sensor stops running immediately if there is no seal being fed.
• There is a counter to monitor the life of Knife, once the machine counts the set number, the machine should stop automatically for changing the knife with an alarm.
• There are many cutting mode for the user to choose. To cut the inner and outer flash simultaneously.
• One operator can easily operate 5 sets of the machine at a time.
• This machine reaches the highest cutting precision because the central point of the spindle is static.
